Tom Webb joins the Decisio team
Decisio is pleased to welcome Tom Webb as Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer.
Tom joins Decisio with extensive leadership experience across finance and operations in founder-led, private equity-backed and listed businesses. Most recently, he has worked with high-growth SaaS organisations, helping businesses scale, strengthen operational performance and deliver long-term value creation.
As Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer, Tom will play a key role in supporting Decisio’s next phase of growth following the company’s recent investment from FPE. His experience leading financial transformation, operational excellence and business growth will further strengthen Decisio’s leadership team as the company continues to expand its intelligent infrastructure platform and support critical infrastructure organisations.
Tom is an ACA-qualified finance and operations executive with experience spanning software, manufacturing and logistics. Throughout his career, he has led finance and operational transformation programmes, supported successful private equity investment, and helped businesses scale through strong commercial and operational leadership.
