GTM OS AI Engineer

Decisio™ helps water, energy and infrastructure operators make better investment decisions. Our Go-To-Market function and database run on HubSpot — but a lot of the work around it is still manual, repetitive, and easy to skip. This role exists to automate it.

Writing up meetings, updating contacts when a customer reorganises, refreshing account plans, pulling reporting together, remembering to follow up. It is where things get missed. The Go-To-Market (GTM) Operating System (OS) AI Engineer works alongside the commercial team, with technical direction from our CTO, to build that work away.

Overview

  • Automate the manual work around our Go-To-Market function and database, one job at a time
  • Work alongside the commercial team, with technical direction from our CTO
  • No sales experience or CRM background needed — you need to be able to build things, think carefully about data, and enjoy working out what is slowing people down

What you would do

  • Automate the repetitive jobs in our sales, business development and marketing process, one at a time
  • Keep the data consistent: one agreed meaning for an account, a contact and a deal, so the reporting can be trusted
  • Build automatic weekly summaries of what is happening within the team and across client accounts
  • Automate the set up of account planning and contact maps that update themselves
  • Use AI tools where they genuinely help, and check the output is right
  • Talk to the people using the system and work through what they need next

What we are looking for

  • A numerate or technical degree, or clear evidence that you can build things
  • Some AI and coding ability or knowledge is preferable — reading and debugging matters more than memorising
  • An instinct for data, and why definitions and duplicate records matter
  • Curiosity about AI tools, and enough scepticism to test whether they worked
  • Willingness to ask colleagues what slows them down, and listen to the answer
  • Any exposure to HubSpot, Azure or version control is a bonus, but none of it is required

What you would get
