Kasia leads client success for Decisio, making sure the utilities and infrastructure organisations using the platform turn its capabilities into measurable operational value.
Kasia joined Business Modelling Applications in December 2025 as Customer Success Leader. She is the client relationship owner across the wastewater sector, bridging technical delivery, stakeholder engagement and commercial outcomes, and leads end-to-end delivery across client engagements - plans, schedules and budgets. She is also building the pre-sales support capability and the frameworks that quantify client satisfaction, benefit realisation and the return on a Decisio deployment.
She brings more than fifteen years in water and wastewater treatment to that work. Before joining she was Technical Sales Manager for Water Treatment at Brenntag, where she owned the Scottish territory and opened the Scotch whisky sector for the business, winning five distillery clients by finding applications for the portfolio in distillery effluent and process water. Earlier she built and led a twelve-person R&D team at ReVentas, taking a novel polyolefin recycling technology from concept to pilot plant on a £2m grant-funded budget, and delivered two new products at BIO-UV Group as their technical authority for ozone applications.
Her research background is in advanced oxidation. At Hydroklear, and through a Knowledge Transfer Partnership with the University of the West of Scotland, she pioneered a zero-waste process for recovering copper from Scotch whisky distillery effluent, scaling it from laboratory hypothesis to a working pilot that was subsequently deployed with three distilleries. She holds a PhD in General and Inorganic Chemical Technology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, on surface water treatment using hybrid ozonation and ceramic membranes, and an MSc in Chemistry from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
